Oral Presenter (Please check Guidelines for Oral Presenter)

  1. Scheduled time is 20 min per one presenter in session.
    Please make sure to keep the time (Oral presentation 15 min + QandA 5 min). The language to be used is English.
    ・A timekeeper is present in each session.
    ・2 min before the end of presentation; 1 bell rings.
    ・Presentation end time; 2 bell rings.
    ・QandA end time; 3 bell rings.
  2. You can use either your own PC or the communal PC (laptop, Windows) equipped at each session room for presentation.
    All projector terminals in all venues are available with HDMI connections.
  3. In case you use your own PC, please be sure to test and check the connections and presentation slides in advance about they will work properly at each session room.
    If you are using a terminal other than HDMI, you need to bring necessary adapters by yourself.
  4. In case you use the communal PC, you are requested to bring the electronic file of the presentation with a USB flash/stick drive, and to put it on the communal PC before each session start.
    It is the presenter's responsibility to copy and check the presentation slides in advance.
    The electric file must be compatible with PPT or PDF on Microsoft Windows.
    If you have movie data, please put it in the same folder and/or insert into the slides.
    We guarantee to delete your file completely in our computer after the conference.
  5. All presenters operate the PC by yourself, and can use a hand microphone and a laser pointer.

Poster Presenter (Please check Guidelines for Oral Presenter)

  1. All poster presenters are REQUIRED to give a short-talk in the poster short presentation session scheduled on the morning of January 15th, 2025. The presentation time is 90 seconds.
  2. For smooth progress of the session, your short presentation electronic file MUST be prepared by 2-page PDF slides, and uploaded it to the following Web site by January 8th, 17:00 pm (JST), strictly. Slides in either 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratios are accepted.

  3. The short presentation file is requested to include the presentation title, name of presenters, affiliations, research objective, and representative results, and so on briefly.
    Please kindly refer to the sample format of short presentation file which can be found on the 2nd page of attached instruction (「Guidelines for Poster presenter.pdf」).
  4. The name of the electronic file should indicate your abstract number and presenter’s name (e.g. ID 001-Taro_KAGAKU). Since all presenter’s slides will be put together into a single file for this short presentation session, you should not set password protection on your file.
  5. Poster sessions are scheduled between 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on January 15th, 2025.
    You are requested to put your poster on the board between 9:00 am to 11:00 am on the same day.
  6. Poster should not exceed the size of 1300 mm (height) and 900 mm (width), and should be printed by each presenter.
  7. All posters will be voted by all participates, and some selected posters will be awarded at the closing session ceremony on January 16th, 2025.
